1. Can I modify or cancel my order?

We allow you to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing the order, but you cannot cancel your order if it has already been shipped. It is very troublesome for us to intercept the courier midway, and we will also bear the shipping loss. Please understand! If your item has not been shipped yet and you want to cancel your order, please contact the customer service email egbull88@hotmail.com to inquire about the specific problem.

2. My order is missing items, what should I do? Possible reasons:

Order has been shipped in batches: Please check whether your order has been shipped in batches. Please contact customer service. Order from different warehouses: If you order from different warehouses, the order will be shipped in batches. If you still find that the items are missing after checking, please take a photo of the items you have received and send the missing items to our customer service email egbull88@hotmail.com, and attach your order number and a copy of the package declaration form.

3. What should I do if I received the wrong item?

Please let us know your order number and the details of the item you received, and contact us at egbull88@hotmail.com. Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours. Once customer service confirms that the item is incorrect, we will refund or ship you another item (if applicable and available). Once EGBULL receives the item, we will determine whether you need to return the incorrect item and reimburse you for the return shipping costs.

4. How do I change my delivery address?

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately, as we cannot change the address once the item has been shipped, and we cannot ship you another package for free. Please contact customer service immediately (or send an email to egbull88@hotmail.com)!

5. Do I need to pay additional fees when purchasing EGBULL products?

This depends on your payment method. If you pay with an international bank card, the purchase price may be affected by exchange rate fluctuations. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge foreign exchange conversion fees. If you have any questions about these fees, please contact your bank or credit card issuer. The additional charges will not be shown on your online order and EGBULL is not responsible for additional charges incurred when paying with an international bank card.

1. When can I expect to receive my order?

Due to precautions taken by our distribution centers in response to COVID-19, order processing may be delayed by 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped!

2. What is the status of my order?

You can track your order while it is in process and after it leaves our warehouse: you can check the status of your order on the "My Orders" page. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us. The email will contain tracking information for your package and a website where you can track your order. Tracking information can also be found on your "Order Details" page. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please visit https://www.17track.net/en to track it online.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

It depends on where you are located. Shipping to the United States takes about 5-7 business days
